1 tbsp oil
1 medium onion, diced
3 chicken breasts, cubed

Method:
1. In a large pan, heat the oil and fry the onion.
2. Add the chicken and sear, about 3 mins.
3. Add Rani Vindaloo Simmer Sauce and simmer for 20 mins, stirring occasionally.
4. Serve with rice or naan
