If it fries immediately, oil is the correct temperature.) Cook individually. Fry each for 2-3 seconds. It will expand quickly. Remove from oil with tongs and drain on absorbent paper towels. |
Cooking Instructions: MicrowavePlace pappadum in the microwave and cover with a paper towel. You can lightly brush vegetable oil on both sides of the pappadum if you prefer. Cook on full power for 30-45 seconds or until papdum is expanded. (The pappadum may require turning to ensure even cooking) All micro-wave ovens vary, Times given are approximate. |
